The process - How we help you level up

HOW WE WORK

WE TAKE YOU STEP BY STEP

Upon completion of the comprehensive client questionnaire, every blueprint is tailored fully to the individual, their specific needs / goals, food likes / dislikes, schedule and availability to train.

Changes to food sources / meals can be made at any stage upon request. Our goal is to make things as enjoyable as possible, so keeping things tasty and fresh will be key to promote higher levels of dietary adherence and sustainability of the approach, to get the best results possible.

We do not expect you to put your life on hold to get in shape. We promote an inclusive approach and will educate you on how to make social occasions / meals out part of the plan. This will prevent resentment of the process from setting in and make for a more enjoyable, realistic and sustainable lifestyle change rather than being some quick fix ‘diet’, that is not what we are about here.

You will have an in depth weekly check in with your coach based around a thoroughly comprehensive check in sheet / template. Here your coach will assess progression / response and provide feedback / adjustments to make sure the approach is bulletproof and map out the route to further progression for the week ahead.

Your coach will be fully contactable from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm and will always have a detailed, in depth response to any questions / queries you may have outside of your weekly check in to you within 90 minutes. We pride ourselves on contact-ability and response times, you won’t believe just how quick and detailed we are.

Do I need to be a member at a gym to do a package?

Absolutely not. Our training plans are fully tailored around the equipment you have available to you.

Will I have to eat the same meals all of the time?

Your coach will happily rotate foods and meals as often as you like to keep things tasty, enjoyable and fresh to help promote greater adherence, enjoyment and sustainability.

What if I need to eat off plan?
A.

We believe in an inclusive approach here. Your coach will provide you with the tools you need to navigate social occasions / meals out so long as you let us know in advance.

Will I need to take lots of supplements?
A.

No not at all. We will recommend some natural supplements to help optimise health markers and prevent deficiencies. We are massively health focused in our approach and believe that a healthy body is a responsive body.

How much attention can I expect?
A.

As much as you need. Your coach will be massively invested in your progress. We only take on a certain number of clients at a time so that quality of work stays high, results are maximised and everyone gets the attention they deserve.
