Before I started working with Kevin I was in really bad shape and was very close to having knee surgery. Excess weight was not helping at all, putting pressure on the damaged ligaments. Lost a lot of weight whilst also getting in shape and strengthening muscles, to the point that surgery isn't required anymore and I can wear clothes that haven't fitted me in 4 years. Just finished an 8 week cut plan with Kevin, or as I like to call it an 8 week sprint before the holidays 😂 I am someone who has never really worked off a plan before or had an appreciation for what the nutrition part really can do. I saw what Kevin achieved himself and was blown away, I wanted to push as hard as I could in the 8 weeks. From start to finish I really loved the food I ate, a couple of times I wanted things changed, this wasn’t a problem! He’s extremely accommodating and super easy to deal with. We pushed hard for the 8 weeks, it wasn’t easy but I really wanted results and pushed through. I never really understood how important the general approach to reaching the lean look is, training, diet, steps and water! They all have a key part to play and trust me when I say this, do exactly what Kevin says and you will succeed. The pictures before and after just proves what anyone can really do once you trust the process but push really hard. I have the upmost respect for the knowledge Kevin holds and I am excited for the next stage of the process.

Been working with Kevin since the end of January. The goal was to get me in my dress for my wedding day, not only do I now fit in my dress but have gained my confidence back. I had tried loads of other diet plans and PT’s and never saw results, I thought I was never going to lose the weight but Kevin knew exactly and I never felt restricted. If I had to go off plan for a meal he guided me on different options that wouldn’t effect my progress. If I ever get bored of a meal, no problem Kevin switch’s it up for me.
