Do I need to be a member at a gym to do a package?

Absolutely not. Our training plans are fully tailored around the equipment you have available to you.

Will I have to eat the same meals all of the time?
A.

Your coach will happily rotate foods and meals as often as you like to keep things tasty, enjoyable and fresh to help promote greater adherence, enjoyment and sustainability.

What if I need to eat off plan?
A.

We believe in an inclusive approach here. Your coach will provide you with the tools you need to navigate social occasions / meals out so long as you let us know in advance.

Will I need to take lots of supplements?
A.

No not at all. We will recommend some natural supplements to help optimise health markers and prevent deficiencies. We are massively health focused in our approach and believe that a healthy body is a responsive body.

How much attention can I expect?
A.

As much as you need. Your coach will be massively invested in your progress. We only take on a certain number of clients at a time so that quality of work stays high, results are maximised and everyone gets the attention they deserve.
